Togrul Abbasov is one of the first martyrs in the Patriotic War.

T.Abbasov was born in Aghjabadi region's Hajibadalli village. He lost his mother at an early age.

He started operating as a serviceman in a No military unit. When the Patriotic War began, he rushed to battles.

He became a martyr during the attack of the Armenians' defense line in Fuzuli. He reached his supreme dream at the age of 30.

His child was born after his death.

The martyr's aunt Asya Mammadova says that Togrul wanted to name his daughter "Yaghmur": "He was married for 7 months. He could not see his child. He used to say, "If I have a daughter, I will name her "Yaghmur". We have fulfilled his wish. We will introduce the father to the daughter via photos.

His relatives say that Togrul was a brave, courageous, patriotic person and loved his family.

Togrul Abbasov was posthumously awarded the "For the sake of the Motherland" and "For the liberation of Fuzuli" medals for showing bravery in the battle.
