601 people have been infected with COVID-19, 1, 593 people have recovered in Azerbaijan within the last 24 hours. 

According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 19 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died.

So far, 224, 651 people have contracted COVID-19 in Azerbaijan. 208, 681 of them have recovered, 2, 909 people have died, and 13, 061 people are under ongoing treatment. 

Over the past period, 2, 267, 923 tests have been conducted in the country. The number of tests carried out today is 8, 368.
