Former department heads of the liquidated Ministry of National Security, generals Movlan Shikhaliyev and Nizami Shirinov have been detained. 

They have been interrogated at the Interrogation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office. Afterwards, both generals have been arrested. 

According to the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office, the public will be given further information on the issue.
