According to the Press Service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Internal Affairs, resident of Salyan region's Ashaghi Kurkand village Ali Aghayev has ignored the warning not to leave his place of residence due to having the coronavirus. Ali Aghayev has violated the sanitary-quarantine rules by attending the funeral of his father-in-law. 

He has been detained by employees of Salyan Region Police Department. He has been returned to his place of residence. Moreover, administrative protocols have been drawn up on Ali Aghayev's 4 relatives holding the funeral ceremony.
