A book has been published in honor of the martyred Azerbaijani journalists.
The presentation ceremony of the book entitled "The People of the Trenches" has been held in the administrative building of the "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC.
Information about the activity of the correspondents and cameramen working in the Karabakh region has been provided in the book. The purpose is to promote the media representatives serving on the information frontline in the First Karabakh War, during the ceasefire, in the April battles, as well as in the Second Karabakh War.
Some of the media representatives mentioned in the book "The People of the Trenches" have been correspondents in the Karabakh region for years. Employees of Azerbaijan Television are also among them.
Special attention has been paid to the martyred journalists of the Karabakh War.
The book can be a practical guide for those who are eager to become war journalists.
Famous media representatives, political scientists, MPs, heads of media outlets, as well as war journalists and relatives of the martyred journalists have participated in the presentation ceremony organized by the International Eurasia Press Fund.
The author of the idea of "The People of the Trenches" is President of the International Eurasia Press Fund Umud Mirzayev, editors - Jahangir Mammadli, Mubariz Piri, adviser - Rey Karimoghlu.
It is no coincidence that the event has been held in the building of the "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC. This TV channel is the historical temple of the entire Azerbaijani journalism.
