The world's leading TV channel "Euronews" has made a reportage about Azerbaijani folk songs and national dances.

It is highlighted in the reportage that national dances hold a special place in the Azerbaijani culture. It is noted that Azerbaijani folk songs make up national dances by uniting with the choreography.

"The origin of the Azerbaijani national dance goes back to the centuries-old history and heritage. The dances connecting elegance and athletic movements with great harmony have profound differences," it is underlined in the reportage. 

It is also emphasized that Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble created in 1938 travels the world every year: "No detail is skipped in connection with national clothes, hairstyle, decoration. The job of the dance director is to prepare not only movements, but also interesting programs demonstrating clothes."
