The “AZTV NEWS” program goes on air 13 times a day - 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 20:00, 00:00, cultural news - 16:30, news in Russian - 18:00, regional news - 19:00, economic news - 19:30, news in English - 02:00.
The main purpose of the news editions prepared by the Information Programs Chief Editorial Department is to deliver to viewers events taking place in the country and beyond its borders in an operative way. The news editions are presented mainly by famous presenters such as Mumtaz Khalilzade, Dilara Salim, Samira Mustafayeva, Tural Mammadli, Lala Mammadova, Alida Mustafayeva, Konul Mammadova, Natavan Babayeva, Roya Bananyarli, Kazim Guliyev, Afsana Mehdiyeva.
Events taking place in the country, orders and decrees signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, domestic and foreign visits of the President are the main plotline of the program.
