A meeting between the defense ministries of Turkiye, Russia and Ukraine and the delegations of the United Nations (UN) has started today.

That the representatives are already in Istanbul.

The delegations are expected to negotiate the safe transportation of grain waiting in Ukrainian ports to international markets by sea.

This is the first meeting held in a four-lateral format.
