“Unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan takes its international obligations seriously and claims related to crimes committed during military operations are investigated by relevant state bodies,” said head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva on her official Twitter account.

“But, Armenia has not yet taken any steps to bring those responsible for numerous war crimes to justice,” Leyla Abdullayeva tweeted.
