The number of Azerbaijani citizens killed in the earthquake in Türkiye has risen to 10, citing the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Azerbaijan.

It is reported that in addition to six citizens of Azerbaijan, whose identities had already been established, the death of Ismayilli Khumam Fahri oghlu (born 2002), Nazarzada Gunduz Mubariz oghlu (born 2000), Guliyev Samir Hasan oghlu (born 2000) and Gojayeva Lida Suleyman gyzy (born 1950) was confirmed.

"The bodies are planned to be delivered to Azerbaijan on February 16. We express our deep condolences to the families and relatives of those who died during the devastating earthquake," the Foreign Ministry said.
