Starting from today, leaving a place of residence via SMS permission, "icaze.e-gov.az" portal and based on a work ID is eliminated. 

In accordance with the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, due to the fact that certain stability is observed in the disease spreading dynamics in Azerbaijan, some of the restrictions imposed within the framework of the strict special quarantine regime have been eliminated since January 18. 

According to the decision, starting from today, leaving a place of residence via SMS permission, "icaze.e-gov.az" portal and based on a work ID is eliminated in Baku, Sumgayit, Mingachevir, Shirvan cities and Absheron region, as well as in Lankaran, Masalli, Jalilabad, Shaki, Zagatala, Guba, Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Barda, Bilasuvar and Ismayilli.
