In connection with January 20 - Nationwide Mourning Day, traffic movement in some streets and avenues of Baku will be restricted.

According to the Press Service of the Interior Ministry, on January 20, members of the state, representatives of diplomatic corps, ordinary citizens will visit the Alley of Martyrs where the victims of the 20 January Tragedy are buried. 

In accordance with the special plan of events, to ensure the security of participants, from January 20, 07:00 o'clock until the end of the ceremony, traffic movement in the streets and avenues in the direction of the Alley of Martyrs will be restricted. 

The Interior Ministry calls on citizens to use personal vehicles less on that day and comply with the special quarantine regime in the country. 

Visitors are recommended to practice social distancing, wear and avoid being in groups of over 5 people.
