On September 13, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Lieutenant General Karim Valiyev, who is on an official visit to the Republic of Turkey met with the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Hulusi Akar and Chief of the General Staff, Army General Yashar Guler.
