Azerbaijan has detected 1, 924 new COVID-19 cases, 1, 873 patients have recovered, and 23 patients have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has reported. 

Up until now, 578, 627 people have been infected with the coronavirus in the country. 543, 200 of them have recovered, and 7, 709 people have died.

Currently, 27, 718 people are under treatment in special hospitals.

To reveal the COVID-19 cases, 11 584 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan over the past day, and a total of 5 473 157 tests have been conducted so far.
