"The events happening around Ukraine are concerning processes and should be solved through dialogue," said assistant to the Azerbaijani President, head of the Foreign Policy Issues of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev in an interview to AzTV.

He has emphasized that Azerbaijan supports the resolution of the issue by political, diplomatic means and through dialogue guided by the norms and principles of international law: "Azerbaijan Republic supports the resolution of the issue by political-diplomatic means, through dialogue. Our position was also stated at the special session organized by the OSCE."
