The Sənət Children's Music and Arts Center has hosted the concert "From Heart to Heart” on the initiative of Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, who also attended the event.

Inspired by Leyla Aliyeva's creative work, the composer wrote music based on her poems and presented it to the audience.

Aghababayev was born in Baku. The young man is a graduate of the Baku Music Academy. In 1997, he continued his education in the United States, studying with such famous jazz musicians as Ron Carter, Bruce Bars, David Loeb and David Del Tredici.

Special guests of the event were presidential scholarship holder, violinist Jeyla Seyidova, pop, jazz singer and Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Sevda Alakparzada, as well as a guest from Cuba living in Azerbaijan, Yansel Castellon.

Shortly before the concert, the Children's Center hosted an exhibition of young artists that brought together dozens of works by students of the Azerbaijan Academy of Arts, the Azim Azimzada Art School, members of the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity and orphanage pupils.

The exhibition hosted works dedicated to beloved Baku, the narrow streets of Icheri Shahar, picturesque landscapes of native Azerbaijan, liberated Karabakh, in particular, the beautiful Shusha and wonderful Khankandi.

Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva also admired the works of young talents, paying attention to each of the artists, talking to each guest, praising them and encouraging them to continue to create.

Art lovers who visited the exhibition were able to admire paintings made in a variety of styles and genres. Despite their young age, each of the artists was able to deliver the message and meaning of their works to those present.

"You know, works presented here are mainly dedicated to the picturesque nature and historical places of our Motherland," Vasif Najafzada, one of the organizers of the exhibition, told Media.Az.

According to him, the exhibition also includes works made using the linocut technique. This is a letterpress printing technique similar to woodcut printing. The image is cut out on linoleum or other polymer base and printed on a sheet of paper.

"The works of young, very talented and promising artists – Aidan Nabizada, Fatima Farmanova, Amina Jamaladdirova and many others - are present here," he noted.

Young artist Amina Jamaladdinova is a first-grade student at the Azerbaijan Academy of Arts. She has been drawing for six years, and previously graduated from the Azim Azimzada Art School. "In my works, I give preference to picturesque landscapes. At the exhibition, I presented a painting depicting the beauty of a wonderful corner of our homeland – the Guba district," she said.

In turn, the young talent Ganira Khalilova has been drawing since the age of 11. The girl has no professional education and learned everything herself.

"In creativity I find myself escaping from reality, relaxing and having fun. At the exhibition I presented a painting of a snowy landscape," said the young artist.
