President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the foundation-laying ceremony for the Karabakh Stone LLC’s plant in the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park located in the Jabrayil district.
