The admission of electronic applications for rental apartments will be launched on January 22.

The information about the venue, number, area and others about the residential rental places for purchase has been announced. At the initial stage, 331 apartments will be rented. 208 of the apartments are located in Baku's Nizami district, 40 in Khatai district, 58 in Khirdalan and 25 in Sumgayit.

To ensure the functionality of the mechanism, the necessary procedures and internal rules have been prepared. The work process has been completely automated. The information about the monthly payments of rental apartments will been announced soon.
