The "Opera World" project has been launched within the framework of the "The Culture Uniting Us" project implemented jointly by "Madaniyyat" (Culture) Channel and Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture.

During the first week, works of world-renowned composer, opera reformer, prodigy Giuseppe Verdi will be presented. The musical staff and soloists of the Opera Theatre will perform works of the composer on air of the "Madaniyyat" Channel.

The purpose of the project is to promote masterpieces of the world classical music in Azerbaijan and at the same time, ensure a more active, beneficial art display of classical music performers while they are at home.
