On October 13, Azerbaijan's Minister of Emergency Situations, general-colonel Kamaladdin Heydarov has viewed the buildings destroyed as a result of the missile attack carried out on Ganja by the Armenian armed forces. 

The Minister viewed the areas which the Armenian army hit violating norms and principles of international law and humanitarian truce, got acquainted with the situation of the private properties and residential buildings destroyed as a result of the war crime. 

Meeting with residents, K.Heydarov noted that President of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev is always by Azerbaijani citizens' side and that all the necessary measures are being taken for ensuring the security of the population and solution of the existing problems.
