The Armenian media write that a group of French MPs will visit Armenia and Karabakh and are planning to hold meetings and estimate the existing humanitarian situation there.
Commenting on the issue, Press Secretary of Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva has highlighted that the official position towards the visits carried out to Azerbaijan's sovereign territories within its internationally recognized borders is clear, and it remains unchanged: Visits to the Azerbaijani territory, as well as its Karabakh region, should be agreed with the Azerbaijani government. Those, who violate the legislation of the country, face relevant sanctions, and their future visits to the Azerbaijani territory are restricted."
