People's Artist of Azerbaijan Yalchin Rzazade has passed away at the age of 74, the Ministry of Culture reported.
According to the Ministry, the artist has died after a long-lasting disease.
In 1979, he was awarded the title of the honorable artist, and in 2000 - the People's Artist.
