Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed a new chairman to the Board of Directors of the "Azerkhalcha" OJSC.
In accordance with the order, Emin Salhab Mammadov has been appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Azerkhalcha" OJSC.
