President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Mazahir Mahammad Panahov with the "Sharaf" Order.
In accordance with the order, he has been awarded this order for his long-term efficient activity in the public-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It is noteworthy that Mazahir Panahov is the chairman of the Central Election Commission.
