Another renovated yard has been handed over to residents within the framework of the "Our yard" project implemented at the initiative of Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva.
According to Baku City Executive Power, the renovated yard is located in Baku city, Sabunchu district, Adil Alibabayev street and envisages buildings No 1-5 with the population of 2, 000 people.
The main purpose of the "Our yard" project is to clean and renovate Baku yards, restore green areas, form a healthy lifestyle and create safe and comfortable conditions for residents.
The comfortable movement of people with disabilities has been taken into consideration in the newly renovated yard; various sports equipment, football fields, chess playgrounds, playgrounds for children, a bicycle road have been set up. Eight gazebos have been built; benches and trash bins have been installed in the territory of the yard.
Taking into account the desire and interests of residents, new elevators, lighting poles have been set up; the facade, rooftops and entrance parts of buildings have been repaired. Along with the restoration of the green areas in the territory of the yard, 30 trees have been planted.
It is planned to implement this project in all districts of Baku. In connection with this, citizens are welcome to submit information and recommendations about the yards in need of renovation to the IDEA Public Union.
