Azerbaijani President receives chairman of "DP World"

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received on September 21 chairman and executive director of the "DP World" Group of Companies Sultan Ahmad bin Sulayem.

The successful development of the economic relations between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates was highlighted. During the meeting, the issues related to investments, prospects of cooperation in the field of logistics were mulled. At the same time, it was noted that the inauguration of new transport corridors created at the initiative of Azerbaijan and the launch of the free trade zone in the country will play a significant role in the expansion of economic ties both between the two countries and in the region.
