Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on measures regarding the development of the General Plan of Gubadli city in the East Zangazur economic region. 

Under the order, 500, 000 AZN have initially been allocated to the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
