Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Polad Bulbuloghlu with the "Heydar Aliyev" order.
The order reads that he has been awarded this order for his great contributions to the development of the Azerbaijani culture and his long-term efficient public-political activity.
On February 3, President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev presented the "Heydar Aliyev" order to Polad Bulbuloghlu.
