"My first interview with Heydar Aliyev was some kind of introduction to the political rhetoric of the Soviet authorities for me. Later, I was a student of Heydar Aliyev in various ways. He was a great politician and genius personality," said U.S. expert, investigative journalist Thomas Goltz in an exclusive interview to Azerbaijan Television. The interview has been broadcast on the "Week" analytical information program.

It is noteworthy that T. Goltz is one of the foreign journalists covering Khojaly genocide.
