Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic Ali Asadov addressed on October 14 a letter to Georgia's Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia.

According to the Press Service of the Cabinet of Ministers, in the letter, he informed the Georgian Prime Minister about the military provocations committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan. It was especially noted that a day after the humanitarian truce was reached, as a result of the shelling of a multi-storey building in the center of Ganja city by the Armenian armed forces using the "SCUD" missile system, 10 civilians, including 5 women, have been killed; 34 people, including 10 women and 9 children, have been injured. 

The PM highly appreciated the immediate reaction of the Georgian Foreign Minister to Armenia's attempt to strike Baku-Tbilisi-Jeyhan oil pipeline. 

It was highlighted that Azerbaijan and Georgia support each other on all international platforms, demonstrate solidarity on the issue of the resolution of the conflicts the two countries face based on norms and principles of international law, especially sovereignty, inviolability of the state borderds, in accordance with the relevant resolutions and decisions of international organizations.
