3, 942 people infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan

3, 942 people have been infected with COVID-19, 2, 265 people have recovered in Azerbaijan Republic within the last 24 hours. 

According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 37 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died.

So far, 129, 544 people have contracted the coronavirus in the country. 79, 162 of them have recovered, 1, 470 people have died, and 48, 912 people are under ongoing treatment. 

Over the past period, 1, 763, 609 tests have been carried out. The number of tests conducted today is 17, 411.
