Pursuant to paragraph 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

To appoint Rovshan Ragif ogly Mammadov chairman of Closed Joint-Stock Company Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting.
