4, 219 people infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan within last 24 hours

4, 219 people have been infected with COVID-19, 3, 562 people have recovered in Azerbaijan Republic within the last 24 hours.

According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 38 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died.

So far, 162, 774 people have contracted the coronavirus in the country. 99, 892 of them have recovered, 1, 793 people have died, and 61, 089 people are under ongoing treatment.

Over the past period, 1, 902, 584 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan. The number of tests conducted today is 18, 006.
