Heydar Aliyev Foundation delivers New Year gifts to orphanages, boarding schools

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation headed by Azerbaijan's First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva organized every year celebrations on the eve of the Day of the World Azerbaijanis and New Year for residents of orphanages and boarding schools at the Buta Palace. This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation has congratulated children in a different way.

To make children happy, representatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation have visited orphanages and boarding schools and delivered their holiday presents.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has prepared gifts in accordance with children’s taste and wishes. Soft toys, sweets and lego constructors have been presented to children.

Along with Baku, the Foundation has delivered presents to orphanages and boarding schools in Ganja, Lankaran and Shaki as well.
The holiday campaign of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has envisaged about 2, 000 children.
