226 people infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan

226 people have been infected with COVID-19, 601 people have recovered in Azerbaijan Republic within the last 24 hours.

According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 5 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died.

So far, 229, 584 people have contracted COVID-19. 221, 717 of them have recovered, 3, 105 people have died, and 4, 762 people are under ongoing treatment.

Over the past period, 2, 380, 074 tests have been conducted in the country. The number of today's tests is 7, 458.
