576 people infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan within 24 hours

576 people have been infected with COVID-19, 217 people have recovered in Azerbaijan within the last 24 hours.

According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, 6 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died. 

So far, 238, 959 people have contracted the coronavirus in the country. 230, 461 of them have recovered, 3, 268 people have died, and 5, 230 people are under ongoing treatment. 

Over the past period, 2, 690, 711 tests have been carried out in Azerbaijan. The number of tests conducted today is 8, 595.
