Azerbaijani President delivers speech at Summit of Turkic Council

The informal Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking Countries is underway.

President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev has opened the Summit by welcoming the participants.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has delivered a speech at the Summit. 

First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kyrgyzstan's President Sadir Zhaparov, Turkmenistan's President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammadov, Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking Countries Baghdad Amreyev have also taken part in the Summit.
