"The Victory Road will be completely cleared from mines and commissioned within 2-3 days," said director of ANAMA's Clearing and Research Department Idris Ismayilov.
According to him, the mine clearing operations were launched after November 10 in the territories liberated from the Armenian occupation. Currently, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Aghdam, Tartar, Khojavand regions, as well as houses and yards in Shusha, are cleared from mines.
As a result of the mine clearing operations, so far, the 2, 051-ha area has been cleared from mines. During the operations, 18, 648 mines and unexploded ammunitions have been detected and neutralized.
