Another renovated yard handed over to residents in Baku

Another yard renovated within the framework of the "Our yard" project implemented at the initiative of Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva has been handed over to residents. The renovated yard envisages the buildings located in Baku city, Nasimi district, Azer Aliyev street 5, 5A, 7, 9 and Sabit Rahman street, 2a with the population of 1, 000 people. 

The main purpose of the "Our yard" project is the cleaning and renovation of yards in Baku, formation of a healthy lifestyle, creation of safe and comfortable living conditions for residents. 

The comfortable movement of disabled people has been taken into consideration in the renovated yard; sporting equipment, football and chess playgrounds have been created for young people to spend their leisure time. Five gazebos have been constructed in the territory of the new yard; benches and trash bins have been installed.

Taking into account the interest and wishes of residents, elevators, lighting poles, surveillance cameras have been installed.

Moreover, 30 trees have been planted in the yard. 

It is planned to implement this project in all districts of Baku. Therefore, citizens are welcomed to submit to the IDEA Public Union information and recommendations about the yards in need of renovation.
