Overtime active military serviceman of the Azerbaijani Army, soldier Jamil Natig Babayev has left the Department of Psychiatry of Ganja Hospital on his own. A criminal case has been launched against soldier J. Babayev; an investigation is underway, the Ministry of Defense reported.
The Azerbaijani serviceman is assumed to cross into the territory, which is under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
