Azerbaijani President, First Lady participate in opening of Vagif Poetry Days in Shusha

On August 30, the Vagif Poetry Days were organized in Shusha city by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation for the first time after the liberation of the city.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the official opening ceremony of the Vagif Poetry Day.  

The head of state delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Afterwards, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva familiarized themselves with the exhibitions "Karabakh is the pearl of the Azerbaijani culture" and "Again in the native land: The art pearls of Karabakh".
