One-minute silence in honor of Azerbaijani martyrs...

On September 27 at 12:00, the dear memory of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, was commemorated with a minute of silence throughout Azerbaijan. 

People honored the souls of the martyred soldiers and officers, expressed their respect and honor with a minute of silence. The state flags were lowered, the movement of transport was stopped. 

It is noteworthy that in accordance with the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev dated December 2, 2020, September 27 was declared the Remembrance Day in Azerbaijan as a sign of honor for the soldiers and officers and all the martyrs who heroically fought in the Patriotic War and restored the country's territorial integrity. 

Today, commemorative events are being held throughout all cities and regions, as well as in the liberated territories, prayers are being read for all the Azerbaijani martyrs in all religious temples - mosques, churches, synagogues.
