Today is the commemoration day of one of the heroes of the Patriotic War - martyred major Ilkin Ahadzade. His bas-relief has been installed in front of the house he once lived.
Ilkin Ahadzade was born on June 26, 1985, in Baku. He received excellent military education and was awarded numerous medals for his exemplary service. During the Patriotic War, at the age of 35, he joined the battles for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. He participated in the battles for Murovdagh and Kalbajar. On October 1, 2020, he became a martyr.
Today, the martyr's memory has been honored; the information about his battle path has been provided.
Martyr-major Ilkin Ahadzade has been posthumously awarded the "For the sake of the Motherland", "For the Bravery" and "For the liberation of Kalbajar" medals.
His three children are entrusted to the Motherland he has sacrificed his life for.
