President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the appointment of Latif Seyfaddin Gandilov the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
