On November 8, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Turkey’s National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar.
The delegation includes Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces Yasar Guler, Commander of the Land Forces of the Republic of Turkey Musa Avsever, Commander of the Air Force Hasan Kucukakyuz, and Commander of the Navy Adnan Ozbal.
