Emin Huseynov has been appointed a special representative of the Azerbaijani President in the liberated territories (except Shusha) included in the Karabakh administrative region, determined with the decree of the Azerbaijani President, dated July 7, 2021.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
