Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarov is on a visit to Istanbul, AzTV informs, citing the Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkey.
According to the Embassy, the speaker will participate in the 16th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Islamic Cooperation (PUIC).
