The infrastructure projects are in full swing in Eastern Zangazur.

One part of the Horadiz-Aghband railway, which is one of those projects, has already been commissioned, correspondent of Azerbaijan Television Parviz Imranoghlu has reported. 

According to him, trains from Horadiz to Jabrayil are already operating.
