Conscript of the Azerbaijani Army Javidan Abdulaziz Mammadli has died as a result of the gross violation of the rules of the use of firearms.
The Ministry of Defense has confirmed the fact.
A criminal case has been launched in connection with the fact. The investigation is underway.
