Some 3, 180 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers has reported.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 338 people today, while 268 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 2, 322 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of those vaccinated with a booster dose after the positive result has reached 252.

To date, 13, 681, 428 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5, 343, 146 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4, 843, 421 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3, 252, 206 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 242, 605 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
